John A. Pate Chief of Operations has a Batchelor of Science in Building Construction. He graduated from Auburn University with a Batchelors of Science degree in Building Construction. He holds the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Robert E. Fillingham graduated from Auburn University in 1970 with a degree in Building Construction. He has over 36 years of construction experience and has been with J.F. Pate since 1988. He does both project estimating and project management. He holds the office of Vice President with our firm.
Linda C. Kearns has over 30 years of construction accounting experience. She has been with our company 30 years and hold the office of Sec/Treasurer
Ruth Baker has 15 years experience working in the construction industry handling owner paid materials, payroll and benefits for our firm.

Project Management
Joe Kelley graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors Degree in Building Science. Also a Certification with American Institute of Constructors Certification Commission - CPC. He has had over 39 years in the construction business. At J. F. Pate, he holds the title of Senior Project Manager/Estimator. Joe currently holds the office of Safety Director for our firm. He won the AGC Safety Director of the Year for 2010.
